Shipping policy
When you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days in the EU.
You can follow your order on a link sent to you in the email that confirms that your parcel has been dispatched.
Your parcel will be delivered by DHL/GLS. It is fully insured in case of loss or damage on its way to you.
All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods.
