Welcome to Yori Jomo. Here you can read about the conditions for shopping with us. The following terms and conditions relate to the offering and sale of products on the website www.yorijomo.com.

We accept all major credit cards.
When you have placed an order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be charged from your account when your order is shipped.
You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Yori Jomo, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We use Shopify Pays to handle payment. www.yorijomo.com ensures secure online transactions using existing protocols. Details of card numbers and payment processes are not kept on the www.yorijomo.com website, but on the secure site operated by our bank. As far as possible, we take reasonable care to keep details of your order and payment secure.
Any extra payments for e.g. freight and payment card fees will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on "go to payment", where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, form of payment and choose the form of delivery. You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order and pay" button.
Then your order goes on to www.yorijomo.com.
Order confirmation and delivery
When you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Delivery is 2-3 business days in Denmark, 2-6 days in The North and 3-6 days in EU. There is free shipping to customers in the EU.
Should delays occur with freight companies, Yori Jomo cannot be held responsible. In the event of missed deliveries, we will send a new delivery free of charge.
You can follow your order on a link sent to you in the email that confirms that your parcel has been dispatched.
Your parcel will be delivered by DHL or GLS.
All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately and no later than 8 days after arrival of the goods.
All prices are stated in DDK and EUR and are incl. VAT.
14 days right of withdrawal
When you shop online and at www.yorijomo.com, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. In the case of several different goods, which are ordered in one order, but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several lots, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch. Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. The item must be returned in original packaging and you can forfeit your right of withdrawal by breaking seals (hang tags). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email no later than 14 days after receipt of the item.
Returns and exchange
Should you want to return an item, you must notify us of this via email as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order. The item you wish to return must show no sign of usage, in its original packaging and including proof of purchase.
Custom made items cannot be returned.

How to return an item:

- Your refund will be credited directly to your original method of payment. You will receive an email from us confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part if the value of the item is impaired because:
- You have actually taken the item into use,
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- You have handled the product in a different way than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which it works,
- You have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, item type and more.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act (købeloven), including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, incorrect washing or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 1 month after the error was discovered. You can open your complaint by contacting us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive the further instructions.
When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. This facilitates our case processing and reduces the processing time for complaints.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all transport costs yourself.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and ask for a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information about any tracking number.
Right to complain
If you wish to complain about an item purchased from us, please contact our customer service on www.yorijomo.com.
To be able to shop at www.yorijomo.com, you must at least state:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, however, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you request it.
Choice of law and venue
Purchases of goods on www.yorijomo.com are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
